1. Introduction which consist of subsections on
1.1 Purpose/objective
1.2 Theory
1.3 Methodology and
1.4 Scope,
use separate slides for each subsection. Font size 28 and above
2. Procedure (Use your own subheadings)
3. Results
4. Discussion and Analysis
5. Conclusion
Make sure slides are not too wordy. Include diagrams/relevant pictures, formula/ molecular structure, calculations, in-text citations and references. Have a cover slide to show names of group members and a Q and A slide a the end. You may divide the work among the group members (about 4 per group). Have a group leader to collaborate everything and assign tasks.
Kindly pass this message to classmates. Tell them to start a draft on the written report too, following the format which I have given out in the notes. Refer to the set of given notes for information as they are thorough.
When term reopens, I will check on what you have done and give comments for improvements.
We can do the oral presentation on week 13 and 14 if you are ready so that we have more time for consultation and checking on the long individual report. Thank you.
